Aqualine on test

The October issue of Canal Boat is out, and includes my boat test of the new British built Aqualine.

There's also a piece about shared ownership, and how it can be a good stepping stone between hiring and owning.

Hi Adam,

I enjoyed reading your latest boat test, I am a subscriber... You did not mention where they are buillt in the Uk. Is it the boat builder at Stenson and does he make his own shells?

Take care

Hi Nev -- Aqualine prefer not to say who builds their boats (it's the same with their cheaper New Boat Co boat, which come from a different UK builder). However, the shape of the "semi-cruiser" style stern might be a giveaway for people like you in that area. And yes, they do build their own shells.
