Braunston

To Braunston today for a boat test.  It was a perfect day for it: warm, blue skies, white fluffy clouds, sheep in the fields and the church spire in the background.

As we walked back to through the junction, it was chaos, with boats in every direction.  We were all done by lunchtime, so I stopped off at the Gongoozler's Rest floating cafe for lunch.

The front doors were open, so I could watch the boats go by.

Hi Sue, the 20 mini boat reviews were emailed off last night. I was punch drunk by the end of them!

Adam, your recent post "Test post" returns this result: "Page not found
Sorry, the page you were looking for in the blog Narrowboat Briar Rose does not exist."

Sorry we missed you at Crick.

Halfie, that'll be because as soon as I knew that I'd figured out how to successfully post from my new BlackBerry, I deleted it! It wasn't very interesting -- it just said "test post".
